One million condoms have been distributed free in the Mexican capital of Mexico City to promote safe sex on Love Day. .In front of the annual love festival, the preachers distributed them at the Metro Rail Stations on Thursday.
AIDS Health Foundation (AHF) celebrates 'International Condom Day' on 5th February. .To raise awareness about AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases, the organization celebrated the day by using the 'condom use erotic' tagline this year.
."Unfortunately every year, people are exposed to various infectious diseases because of shame or misinformation," said Miriam Ruiz, head of the organization's AIDS Rapid Testing Area Department.
Only 5 percent of Mexican couples use condoms as AHF. .The organization wants to break this tab with condoms.
